[gmx-users] How to provide the FFTW3 install directory

It works! After reinstall fftw3 by ./configure --enable-float, make, make
install then installing gromacs by cmake .. -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=/usr/local
works flawlessly. Thanks :D
But
ooker at ooker-Aspire-4741:~/Desktop/gromacs-4.5.7/build$ pdb2gmx
The program 'pdb2gmx' is currently not installed. You can install it by
typing: sudo apt-get install gromacs
Oh no. What should I do?
