[gmx-users] GPU performance

Hi all

I am running my simulations on GPU cluster. Cluster has 4 nodes with 1GPU
card in each. I am observing that GPU gives good performance (12ns/day) when
no other simulations are running on that node. However if even one job is
running on that node, it gives horrible performance (100 ps/day). Is it
natural to happen or something wrong in my parameters?
If needed I can attach my *.mdp file.
