[gmx-users] Fwd: Concatenating two trajectories

Hi,
First of all, are you sure that you extended 2.xtc from 40ns?

Can you post your trjcat output, which shows the starting frame of each
trajectory.

It should be like as shown below

Summary of files and start times used:

          File                Start time       Time step
---------------------------------------------------------
      1.xtc        0.000 ps        2.000 ps
      2.xtc     40000.000 ps        2.000 ps
