Hi all.
This is a late report of the error we committed on this matter, so that we
can close the thread.
Our error was a sutile mistake on the .mdp file. We noticed it later, but
we took some time to properly test it (university term ending, students
vacation, and other issues delayed it).
Our .mdp file read as:
dt = 0.002
nsteps = 100000
nstcomm = 1
nstxout = 0
nstvout = 10
nstfout = 10
nstlog = 10
nstenergy = 100
nstlist = 5
And it should read as:
dt = 0.002
nsteps = 100000
nstcomm = 1
nstxtcout = 0
nstxout = 10
nstvout = 10
nstfout = 10
nstlog = 10
nstenergy = 100
nstlist = 5
As you can see, we miss-wrote nstxout for nstxtcout. :(
Thanks a lot for all help, and sorry for the disturbance.
Yours sincerely,
Jones
