[gmx-users] gromacs-4.6.5 installation

Dear all,
is it possible to install gromacs-4.6.5 without root permission ?i cant
even use sudo option to install. I am asking this because, cmake require
root permission to install the gromacs, which I dont have.

I tried to install cmake locally and run the command to install gromacs.
But was not able to  run it...
Is there any alternative to install this like the earlier versions..
