[gmx-users] Installing Gromacs 4.6.5 - Problem with FFTW

The message, which appears when you build automatically fftw, was
slightly outdated. I've fixed it in https://gerrit.gromacs.org/#/c/3001.
But still, typically, you don't need to do anything more than running
only /make///after configuration with /cmake ... /has finished.
