[gmx-users] exchange kinetic

Dear Gromacs users,

I did a simulation consist of two media(water and nonpolar media) and intered another material to system to investigate it's solubilization in two media. The simulation has been finished.
I want to investigate interaction of water with this material, the orientations of water and its exchange kinetics between water and nonpolar media.
May I ask you to help me, Please? What do I use commands for these questions?
