[gmx-users] missing residues in PDB file

Hello dear gmx-users,

I want to transform a .pdb file to a .gro file using pdb2gmx. But there are some missing residues in my .pdb file. How should I add these missing residues to the .pdb file? Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank you very much!
