[gmx-users] gromacs.org_gmx-users Digest, Vol 136, Issue 6

Thanks Aishwary Shivgan, but for specifying dihedral angles there should be
4 atom bonded consecutively, while in nitrate there are no dihedrals
angles.
Please let me know if I am wrong.
