[gmx-users] Gromacs 4.5 or 4.6???

Hello Elham,

I don't think this is a problem if you set the install location manually.

With gromacs 4.5 try "./configure --prefix=/path/to/install/dir"
With gromacs 4.6 try "cmake /path/to/gromacs-4.6/
-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/path/to/install/dir"
