[gmx-users] Execution of EM step:5 failed

I have installed Drugster v-1.1 in my Debian Testing 64 bit distribution.
Drugster uses Gromacs v-5.0.4.

 

Running the Drugster Tutorial I have encountered the error message that is
in the subject line of this message.  I have searched the manual and the web
and has had no luck.

 

I would appreciate a pointer in the right direction for the solution of this
problem
