You need a version in the 4.6.x series; all 5.0 are likely affected by the bug.

As for the download problem, I have no control of those servers or knowledge of 
when it will be fixed.  The dev team is aware; someone from Stockholm will have 
to announce here when it is fixed.  Please wait for that announcement.
