[gmx-users] OpenMPI version 1.2.8

Good morning,
I am compiled gromacs using bullxmpi/1.2.8.3 but I've got this warning:


CMake Warning at cmake/gmxManageMPI.cmake:100 (MESSAGE):
   CMake found OpenMPI version 1.2.8 on your system.  There are known 
problems
   with GROMACS and OpenMPI version < 1.4.1.  Please consider updating your
   OpenMPI if your MPI wrapper compilers are using the above OpenMPI 
version.

But when I run mdrun I don't get any problem. So some of you can tell me 
which kinf od problem
the warning refers to?
