[gmx-users] Viscosity calculation using g_tcaf

Dear users,

I am trying to calculate the shear viscosity of a mixture using the g_tcaf
utility. The length of my simulation box is 6 nm and the duration of
simulation is 4 ns. However, when I obtain the result file, it gives the
shear viscosity (eta(k)) value only for k > 1. Why am I not able to obtain
the values lower than that?
