[gmx-users] Error DSSP Gromacs 5.0.4

Dear users,

I installed dssp to use it with Gromacs 5.0.4 but when I try to use it I have an error like that:

Fatal error:

Permission denied for opening dd1uH0Dq

For more information and tips for troubleshooting, please check the GROMACS

website at http://www.gromacs.org/Documentation/Errors


I checked online but I didn’t find useful indications. I checked also the path of dssp and everything seems fine. Could you help me, please?
