[gmx-users] Restarting a crashed with gromacs-5.0

Dear all,

I'm running gromacs 5.0.6 and would like to restart a crashed run after the
supercomputer timeout. I'm following the 4.6 version procedure to restart
it as:

mdrun_mpi -s  md.tpr -cpi md.cpt -append md-res

But I got this error:
symtab get_symtab_handle 799 not found


Any idea how to solve this?
