Hi everyone, I have done simulation for DNA with LaCl3 in water, and now I want to count how many charges inside cylindrical with radius r (r:0->R) from DNA. Could you tell me do GROMACS have any analysis tool can do this or how can I do this? (as in my photo, the small-dot are the ions La and Cl) Thank you too much!
