Thanks Mark, i solved the issue ,problem was not with the memmory, i was trying to run g_mmpbsa with a trajectory obtained by 5.1.1 infact g_mmpbsa not supporting that version. When i obtain the correct tpr file it works fine hope this information help to someone ..
