Hi,
You should not be starting new work on old versions like 4.5.5. Ask the
administrators to install something newer - that version even pre-dates the
gmx wrapper binary! For all versions, you need to either use the specific
mechanism for your cluster (so check its docs, maybe you need "module load
gromacs/x.y.z"), or see
