[gmx-users] calculate distance between atom by given set of coordinate

Hi,

I have two set of coordinate. I want to calculate the distance between
atoms of those coordinate. How can I the fetch atoms giving the XYZ
coordinates and is there any command which calculate the distance by taking
the set of coordinate. I am using gromacs 5.1.2 version.
