Thank you for the suggestion, Alex. I followed the procedure and got a
spherical drop (

Should NPT phase be followed after that?

As per Justin's comment, where should the flat-bottom spherical potential
be implemented? Should it be included in an MDP file (Equilibration or
Production MD) ?
