Dear gmx users, My system is an organic complex, and I am trying to generate a .log file, using following program: gmx hbond -f npt.trr -s npt.tpr -num hbond.xvg -g hbond.log -hbm hbmap.xpm However, it does not generate the ‘hbond.log’. Could you please help me with that? Best, Shamim
