[gmx-users] positive or negative E-z?

Hello,

I would like to introduce E-z to my .mdp file to sample a K+ ion 
channel. I would expect the K+ goes from intracellular to extracellular 
region. I am not so sure whether the Z-z should be set as positive or 
negative? Does anybody have any idea?
