Dear gmx users, My system contains ~ 700 polyethylene glycol (PEG) molecules and ~96000 water molecules (SOL). I would like to know that, do I have to use two groups to control the temperature or just use one? Can anyone help me? Thank you. Sincerely, A. G. G
