[gmx-users] libgomp: Thread creation failed: Cannot allocate memory

Hi,

When I give this command

gmx mdrun -ntmpi 1 -ntomp 8 -v -deffnm min


I get this error
libgomp: Thread creation failed: Cannot allocate memory


What is the reason?
