[gmx-users] gmx genion -neutral adds some opposite charge under some conditions

Hi,

My system has non-zero total charge: 34.000009. I do gmx genion -neutral on it, I get 35 CL ions dumped into it.
So I continue to get warning "System has non-zero total charge: -0.999991".
Fell free to try with your own system.
I think this should be fixed.
