Hi all 

which one is important about RMSD? consider that the system is compared
to it's initial state.  

it's value or it's slope? 

Is there any problem to get high values of RMSD even if the potential,
temperature, and density plots show that the system has been minimized
or equilibrated  very well(in case slope of potential plot is about zero
and temperature and pressure plots' fluctuations are reasonable)?
