[gmx-users] cluster size in gmx clustsize

Dear all,

I have a question about the gmx clustsize tool

In histo-clust.xvg there are two columns, the cluster size and the
corresponding number of atoms/molecules.
What is exactly understood under the cluster size? I mean, does the entry
"1" correspond to a single, not clusterized, particle or to a smallest
cluster, i.e., to a cluster with 2 particles?
