Dear all, Can someone please tell me if it is okay to use isotropic pcoupltype for a membrane protein simulation? Are there any disadvantages? Also, why is semiisotropic preferred over isotropic, in membrane protein simulations.. Thank you. -- Regards, Prasanth.
