Dear Justin and Qinghua I am using gromacs 2020 for analysis and dssp version on my system is 2.2.1. Which version of dssp would be compatible with gromacs 2020? Qinghua, I am already using the stripped trajectory. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. Sadaf
