[gmx-developers] trjconv problem with 3.3.2?

Hi,

I was chopping big XTC into smaller trunks with trjconv -b -e, compiled 
with GCC on AMD64 Opteron. I found that it will start from a time larger 
than -b, and ends at a time smaller than -e. Is there is variable 
corruption problem with trjconv?

Meanwhile, previous version operates well on the same xtc file.

Please advice me how I could assist you if you cannot repeat the situation.
