[gmx-developers] Bugs in the CVS code

Hi,

by adapting our MDDriver project ([1]) to the latest CVS version,
we stumbled upon a couple of bugs (at least so we think). Should
we report them here on the list, or rather via the bugzilla?
(given that CVS might be a bit of a moving target)
