[gmx-developers] CVS Head doesn't compile

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for the help with the previous bracket problem. I've updated to
CVS Head now, and it appears that the changes have already been made. 

I've given up on developing with eclipse, I'm just using it for the
project indexing and code editing features now. I'm compiling with
autotools.  

There's a problem with the pr_alloc function in kernel/toputil.c. It
makes references to the maxnr element of the t_params struct that
doesn't exist. The only struct with a maxnr variable is the t_ncell
struct in gmx_hbond.c

I haven't looked at the CVS history in depth, but is it common to have
non-compiling revisions in the CVS tree?
