[gmx-developers] Versions of analysis programs

Hi Ran,

Do you mean the string you get at the top of the output when you type  
<program> -h ?

At least on my machine that says 4.0.2 (well, actually 4.0.3_pre from  
CVS, but you get the idea)
The VERSION macro seems to be set correctly in src/config.h at least  
under OS X, and since configure is run under bash that shouldn't  
differ for Linux.

You didn't happen to link with a different static/dynamic library  
version by mistake?

Anyway - more details might help ;-)
