[gmx-developers] NULL pointer crash with walls & mpi

Hi,

when trying to run a system with walls in parallel with MPI, gmx 
crashes. It tries to write to the log file on all nodes, but only the 
master node has the file opened. The attached patch to src/mdlib/wall.c 
fixes this.
