Hello everybody,

Just as a warning: I'm about to commit&push a merge of the thread_mpi  
branch into the master branch, enabling thread support. This commit  
touches many files, including configure.ac and CMakeList.txt: you'll  
most likely have to re-run bootstrap or cmake.

Note that threading does not yet work with PME; I'm waiting for the  
new code to become available, rather than making obsolete code thread- 
safe. If you're interested in working on the threading code, look in  
include/thread_mpi.h or include/tmpi.h.
