[gmx-developers] Patches to fix detection of dirent.h and to fix breackeg introduced by copyright.c and version.h update

Hi,

Yes seems modification of configure.ac not needed here. because since
it check some header <header_name>.h it automaticaly defines
HAVE_<HEADER_NAME>_H
