[gmx-developers] difficluties in compiling gromacs

Hi,

try to add to the gromacs configure:
CFLAGS=-I/PATH/TO/FFTW/include LDFLAGS=-L/PATH/TO/FFTW/libs

(this kind of questions should be sent to the user list not the dev list)
