[gmx-developers] fortran kernels

He there,

has somebody recently used the fortran kernels of the developer branch?
I made a small simulation, but the rdf is completely different from the 
one of the c-kernel simulation.

This is a power6 system and I used xlc_r /xlf_r to compile.
The power6 kernels do not even build (see bug #475).
The above problem appears in the normal fortran kernels.
