[gmx-developers] cmake docs

Hi Erik,

I agree with the need for more complete documentation.

However, regarding the "configure --help" feature in CMake I have to
disagree. This again sounds like a feature which intends to emulate
autoconf in CMake. Instead, we should encourage the new ways of doing
things in CMake. For instance, one can use cmake in "wizard mode"  -i
which is basically an interactive console, or the ncurses interface,
ccmake. Both of these options show the description for each variable
therefore, one important goal should be to refine these descriptions.
The same descriptions could go on the website as well.
