[gmx-developers] cmake build of gromacs 4.5.5 problem

HI,

I have seen those weird list of colons, but I have no idea what causes them.

I have checked and interestingly all builds in the source tree that
link against CUDA or OpenMPI have the colons (I have 20+ of these ;),
but I've found none of the installed version of the binaries having it
(again, not one but 6-8 installed binaries). This means that the
rewriting of the rpath which happens during "make install" gets rid of
the colons.

Still, it's a very strange effect, I would be curious to know what causes it.

> Those "::::" at the end are slightly bad.

What does "bad" mean? Can you elaborate?

Cheers,
