Hi Justin,

Gromacs 4.5.x + OpenMM 2.0 has been tested with only CUDA 3.x. There
have been no complaints regarding CUDA 4.0, but that's of course not a
very strong indicator whether it works or not.

In reality the OpenMM integration would require some attention
including testing and possibly upgrade to OpenMM v3, but unfortunately
I don't have time for that now.
