[gmx-developers] Gerrit Update + Jenkins mysterious builds

Hi,

I updated Gerrit to 2.4.1. This should make the email notifications
reliable again. Other bugfixes are:

I noticed a lot of re-triggered builds of already submitted changes. Who
did that and why? Should I change it that triggering a build requires to be
logged in in Jenkins so that one can see who triggered a build?
