[gmx-developers] Using doxygen in gmx

Don't know the gromacs doxygen files by heart, but generally the
doxygen needs to know where the sources are, e.g. via the INPUT tag in
the configuration file. So if your sources are in a separate directory
you need to tell doxygen about it.
