[gmx-developers] Plans for 4.6.4

Hi devs,

With summer now over, and the Virginia workshop soon to take place,
it's time we pull some threads together for a 4.6.4 release. I suggest
that whatever's ready on Thursday September 26 will be distributed the
next day. If you know of bugs you want fixed, it's time to get them
into gerrit!

There's a forest of outstanding code review, too! ;-)
