[gmx-developers] commit 95733b9ff8d8e3d31f5c460e7a08628c2d75b346 Replace gmx_large_int_t with gmx_int64_t

Hello again,

at our lab we use Debian 7.3 and OpenMPI 1.4.5. Our mpi.h does not
provide MPI_INT64_T, which is used in gromacs since commit
95733b9ff8d8e3d31f5c460e7a08628c2d75b346 Replace gmx_large_int_t with
gmx_int64_t.

It would be nice if network.c (which is the only file using this
constant) defined this constant in case it is undefined. Git diff
providing this is attached.

If there is a smarter way to fix this, even better. Thanks in advance
for any response.
