[gmx-developers] Developing GROMACS on Mac OSX question

Hi,

I don't develop on OSX and there will likely be more experienced
people who can answer this right away, but I know that the issue
earlier was AVX and RDTSCP instructions not being supported by
valgrind. Isn't it still just a matter of ensuring that unsupported
instruction don't choke valgrdind, e.g. if you configure with
-DGMX_SSE=SSE4.1 and -DGMX_USE_RDTSCP=OFF? Perhaps the gdb issue is
similar?

Cheers,
