[gmx-developers] Gerrit upgrade

Hi,

I found two minor problems. "Link another identity" and "Switch account"
doesn't work yet with OAuth2. If you are using some other OpenID provider
and want to start using Google you need to link it to their OpenID first
(enter https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id as OpenID URL on login before
April 20th). Such an option doesn't exist for github. Thus at this point
you can use github only for new accounts but not add it as an
authentication method to an existing account. I'll update when those two
issues are resolved.
