clEnqueueWaitForEvents has been changed to  clEnqueueBarrierWithWaitList in
OpenCL 1.2, but we do have both cases handled:

So AFAICT you could be using a header that's OpenCL 1.2, but the old
libOpenCL.so from NVIDIA.
