[gmx-developers] Implementation of Sphero-cylindrical flat-bottom potential

Dear Developers,

I want to impose a sphero-cylindrical position restraint in a simulation.

Since currently Gromacs allows only for sphere, cylinder and layer
geometries, I would like to modify the source code to implement
sphero-cylinder geometry also.

I would appreciate any help on how to go about this.
